This paper discusses two important things involved in developing the halal branding in the food ind

This paper discusses two important things involved in developing the halal branding in the food industry. First, review the halal concept used in the food industry. Second, discuss the implementation done in developing the halal food industry through this branding. In line with the increase in global Muslims, halal branding through logo and halal certification of a product to be a priority among food manufacturers based public awareness about the benefits of this dietary terms. Both issues were the impetus for the development of the halal food industry in Malaysia nabisco company studied. This research was made by studying the writings of halal development by local and international scholars as well as from sources related periodicals. Finally, this paper concludes that although the concept of halal industry practitioners vary from jurisdiction to halal food, halal industry efforts to develop and produce new ideas to put halal as a leading brand in the global halal food market has always championed.
