A "classic" set of dishes for serving food consists of 6 or 12 plates often, two or three large container with a lid (for stews and vegetable dishes), and 12 or 24 smaller bowl for serving curries and stews legumes and raita (salad with yogurt), 2 or 3 tablespoons the operator and a larger oval serving plate of rice.
During the summer, very popular and are cooler and (rashadivaci) for water, something like a "giant" thermos: in this the cooler is successful large amount of water and ice mnooogo, and throughout the day you can drink chilled water (which is really needed during the day when temperatures reach 48 C).
